to empower women in farming across Africa. Our mission is to create a word where women can have equal access to resources, technology, and knowledge to grow their agriculture businesses. We believe that empowered women have the potential to transform their communities and the agriculture industry in Africa. To achieve our goals,we provide training, mentorship, funding, and access to market for female farmers. At WINF Africa ,

About our Founder:
Rakiya lbrahim an entrepreneur, farmer and lecturer, hausa ,from Kebbi state , Nigeria she was born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1978 to the family of Elisha Rikoto. She is the fifth among their blessed family, she started attending primary education in ifo local government area of Ogun State ,in 1983, then went to Kano as their parents relocated, and continue with Brigade Special Primary School Kano,and completed in 1985 then she went to sokoto state and completed secondary school with WAEC in 1992 then she went to kaduna for National Diploma Tourism from kaduna State Polytechnic in 1995 then she bag a BSC Economics in 2005 and she got MBA business administration from Ladoke Akintola University in 2015. She started working with EAS Airline limited in 1999 to 2016, Dana Airlines Limited 2007 - 2009 . Protea Hotel Ikeja 2010-2018 as Guess Relation officer. In 2016 she register Rikaoto International a company which deal in importation of ready made dresses , fashion designer and , In 2019 she venture into farming
